<p>Welcome to USRPFP Reborn ("the Service"). By using our Service, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:</p>

<li><strong>Service Description:</strong> USRPFP Reborn is a project aimed at replacing user profile pictures with animated ones on Discord, without requiring Discord Nitro.</li>
|
|
<li><strong>User Accounts:</strong> To use the Service, users must have an active Discord account.</li>
|
|
<li><strong>PFP Requests:</strong> Users are allowed to request custom profile pictures ("PFPs") by participating in the designated Discord channel, PFP requests: <a href="https://discord.com/channels/1129784704267210844/1130090223783641088">link to channel</a>. All PFP requests must comply with our community guidelines and rules as outlined in the <a href="https://discord.com/channels/1129784704267210844/1129785804441530368">#rules channel</a>.</li>

<li><strong>Code Errors and Accidental Removal:</strong> Users understand that technical issues, code errors, and accidental removal of content may occur. USRPFP Reborn is not responsible for such occurrences. Users are advised to be patient and refrain from harassing staff or individuals in connection with these issues.</li>
|
|
<li><strong>Content Removal:</strong> Content that violates our terms of use or community guidelines will be promptly removed without prior warning.</li>
|
|
<li><strong>Privacy Policy:</strong> Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how user data and content are collected, used, and protected. <li><strong>Third-Party Hosting:</strong> PFPs are hosted on third-party platforms such as Imgur and Imgbb, while the code is hosted on GitHub. This is to address privacy concerns raised by members of our coding community on Discord.</li>

<li><strong>Dispute Resolution:</strong> Disputes will be addressed at the discretion of FoxStorm1, based on the context of the situation.</li>
|
|
<li><strong>Backup Recommendation:</strong> Users are advised to maintain personal backups of their PFPs. Data loss may occur if content is manually removed from the database.</li>
|
|
<li><strong>Governing Law:</strong> The terms of service are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction determined by USRPFP Reborn's team. This jurisdiction may be changed at the discretion of the team.</li>
